Constructed by Rosa McLean in circa 1903, following their family move from Gastonia, N.C. Occupants over the years included: Harriet McLean, Martha McLean, Ammie Hall Sims and Jimmy Brockman. The home in 2018 is that of Stephen and Debbie Turner, long-term proponents of the preservation movement in Rock Hill and founding members of Historic Rock Hill.
