LaMotte, of the firm of Niernsee and LaMotte, has returned to Columbia from York, where he has secured the contract for furnishing the drawings, designs, etc., of the new courthouse of that county. The building will replace the one burned last year. Mr. Niernsee says the new courthouse will be an exceptionally handsome and imposing one, and will add much to the beauty of Yorkville.
