The Yorkville Enquirer reported on May 8, 1889 – “A new roof is being put on the ARP church in York.”
City Directories and History: In 1910, this location shows several large frame dwellings including number 157 and 156 North Congress. The ARP Church was later constructed on the corner of N. Congress and Madison.
