Legal notice not to issue credit to and help collect funds from John Tolley dated ca. 1810
City Directories and History: The Hutchison Group 2021, includes a number of letters and legal papers dealing with the misdeeds of one John Tolley. It appears he had misrepresented himself to many local businessmen and borrowed extensive funds, that the damaged parties are trying to recover. David Hutchison corresponded extensively in the period of ca. 1810 trying to locate Tolley.
