- Thomas Spratt, Sr. leases 681 acres to: Isaac Garrison, Hugh White and Arthur Ervin (Arthur Erwin) to be divided as they see fit in 1807, p. 71 and on Feb. 2, 1809 Arthur Erwin leased 295 acres, p. 72
- Thomas Roach’s former lease went to Zebb Jackson on July 20, 1810 for 122 acres, p. 72
- On Aug. 16, 1810 Isam Shirling took out a lease for 545 acres, p. 72
- Isaac Garrison received a lease for 683 acres on Aug. 17, 1810, p. 72 and on Sept. 28, 1810 the lease is recorded as 683 acres (unclear as to why it was recorded a second time.)
- On Sept. 18, 1810 William B. Elliott leases 159 acres, surveyed by John McClenahan, p. 72
- Robert Saville receives lease on 510 acres dated March 30, 1811, p. 73. It is reregistered on June 7, 1811.
- John McGill and Sarah McGill receive Thomas McGill’s lease on 225 acres, p. 73
- William McWatters receives a lease for 320 acres formerly that of James Webb’s and originally that of Charles Mill., p. 73 dated July 17, 1811
- Jane Baxter takes over lease on 150 acres originally given to John Bigger, Sr., on March 18, 1794. Recorded on Oct. 2, 1811, p. 74
- Hamilton Horn takes lease on 100 acres, Oct. 2, 1811, p. 74 – lease originally held by James Webb and Abel Alexander.
- James Webb’s Estate of 1,009 acres leased on Dec. 9, 1811, p. 75
- Joseph Moore receives lease for 388 acres on March 21, 1812, p. 75
- John Springs III takes lease on 295 acres including a mill pond originally leased to Arthur Erwin, p. 75 dated June 4, 1812.
- James Webb takes a lease on 1,009 acres along Blackberry Branch, dated June 14, 1814 p. 77
- John Sellers lease on 163 acres goes to Zebulon Wren on May 30, 1814, p. 77
- Francis McWaters receives lease on 164 acres, July 8, 1815, p. 77 also a lease on 153 acres dated Dec. 22, 1818, p. 79
- John Jackson takes lease on 515 acres dated May 21, 1819, p. 80
- William Shirling takes lease on 170 acres dated July 15, 1820, p. 81
