The Rock Hill Herald on Feb. 1, 1916 contained an ad: “New Shoe Repairing Shop: the Hub, with George Farah as Prop., the shoe shop is located at the rear of the store on Main Street. Bud Caldwell is in charge of shoe repairs.”
