The Rock Hill Record reported on Sept. 23, 1907 – Mr. J. Brevard Fewell will shortly begin the erection of a two story brick store and office building on White Street, near the passenger depot. Hunsucker and White Grocers, will occupy the store. The work has been let to Mr. L. A. Pope.”
