City Directories and History: These important historic papers were found in the extensive collection of Mr. Lindsay Pettus of Lancaster Co., S.C. They have been recorded and categorized by Paul Gettys as of April 2018. Hundreds of individual papers are recorded throughout much of Lancaster, Fairfield, Kershaw and York counties, S.C., specifically linked to stores and professionals.
