City Directories and History: Mr. Charles Bickley Timms, Sr., recalls growing up in Anderson County in the Lebanon Community, and later moving to Broadway Lake Road. His family tried unsuccessfully to farm but his mother could only make ends meet for the large family when her two older sons joined the CCC Camp.
