City Directories and History: A very handsome Carolina “I” house type house appears to have been constructed in the mid 19th century but no information has been provided R&R to document this structure. The survey team in 1979 recorded the house with a circa date of 1880 but it is questionable.
“Frank M. Fuller, son of Doctor Frank Fuller, built his home about one- fourth of a mile from Beaverdam Church in the late 1800’s. The property is still in the Fuller family and is in excellent condition for its age. The Charleston earthquake in 1886 damaged one of the big chimneys but not beyond repair.
Members of the Frank M. Fuller family still living include Mrs. F. Park Childress, Mrs. Clyde Franks and Mrs. W. P. Sullivan, all of Laurens.”

Please enjoy this structure and all those listed in Roots and Recall. But remember each is private property. So view them from a distance or from a public area such as the sidewalk or public road.
