City Directories and History: 1917 – Mrs. S.A. Bramlette (Bramlett), 1948 – Thomas P. Kendrick, 1975 – George Davis
The Bramlett – Kendrick home was reported to have been constructed about 1890, as the home of Sally A. Bramlett. It has been extensively remodeled since that period. The Kendrick family owned the home from circa 1929 – 1949, during which these changes most likely occurred.
The 1922 Sanborn Insurance maps show this as a frame dwelling with an extensive front porch. The home has had the porches removed and brick veneer added but appears to be the same dwelling showing on the map.
