City Directories and History: “The Victorian Period hotel of wood frame construction had double piazzas on three sides. Built in 1907 to replace an earlier hotel which had burned, the gable-roofed building has eight dormer windows with pedimented caps and three interior chimneys with corbeled caps. The interior floor plan is symmetrical with a central hall.” (Historic Binnicker Hotel)
