In the 1846 Will of his uncle Joseph Cunningham. Item 22, “to my nephew Henry R. Brown…..the house he now lives in at Liberty Hill and four acres of land around the same..” Brown was the grandson of Arthur and Jane Ellender Cunningham of Beaver Creek. H R Brown is my 2 greatsgrandfather….
