Constructed in circa 1880 by Jane A. vonTreschow. Edmont vonTreschaw, a local attorney and his wife Sadie B. VonTreschaw were living here in the first quarter of the 20th century. Toward the end of the century the Lloyd family occupied the grand home. In 1973 Mr. and Mrs. James Fitzgerald acquired the property.
