City Directories and History: Ann H. White, the mother of four children was required by law to report annually on her expenditures for herself, farm, and family. This report is for the year 1861. Many of the annual receipts were bundled and tied with string to be discovered decades later by White family members in the attic. These are the Estate papers for her husband George P. White.
