City Directories and History: 1959 – Angus Hinson, M.D., Billie Hinson,
The home of Dr. and Mrs. Angus Hinson, a local surgeon who practiced with Dr. Frederick. Dr. Hinson well well loved in the community and widely known for his ability to cook. One of his specialties was roasted lamb, a true delight which he shared with the York General Hospital staff on holidays.
Later, Becky Burns, Mrs. Weldon Burns purchased the house and heavily remodeled it throughout, enhancing it’s architectural features and landscaping.
