The Headen Apartment complex was constructed by the Headen Bynum children in the 1960’s between the Cherry home and the brick carriage house at the corner of North Wilson and College Avenue. Elizabeth Bynum managed these apartment for decades until they were sold to Carroll Pitts of Rock Hill.
