City Directories and History: The Rock Hill Herald reported on Nov. 19, 1885 – “Beulah Pres. Church in Lancaster County was dedicated on the first Sunday in November with the Rev. J.H. Thornwell officiating.”
Van Wyck Presbyterian Church was founded in 1884 as Beulah Presbyterian Church. Moved in 1911 to Van Wyck and name changes to Van Wyck. Paul M. Gettys, 2.3.23
