City Directories and History: In 1983 this home was recorded and photographed as part of the historic survey of Fairfield County, S.C. The home had been heavily remodeled and does not appear to be as early as the recording date of 1830’s, rather the house architecturally suggest a more appropriate date of 1840’s. This home was destroyed by fire in the 1990’s.
