Reported to have been constructed about 1905 on the property where the Roseborough and Graham home had once stood. This historic house pictured under the Graham listing on R&R shared this area as well as part of the adjoining lot.
The Yorkville Enquirer reported on April 11, 1878 – “At a meeting of the Building and Loan Association of Chester, it was decided to close the business. Times are bad and no one is able to save money to deposit.” R&R knows the business was re-opened at a later period.
