The appraisal was signed by James M. Simpson, S. Kirkpatrick and Thrashley Allen, auctioneers – E.J. Robins and Eli Cornwall and W.H. Anderson – ordinary fee.
Other names associated with the estate settlement included: E.G. McDaniel – printer, W.H. Anderson – ordinary, McD. Hood – taxes, E. C. Hardin – distribution, Joseph Wylie – Confederate War tax, Joseph Carter – distribution, Henry S. Hardin – distribution, W.N. Hardin – payment of note, S. McNinch – tombstone.
