CIty Directories and History: 1925 – R.L. Moseley, 1941 – Vacant, 1964 – Maggie McLeod
This building first appears on the 1923 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map of Camden. Architectural evidence, based on comparisons with buildings of similar design, indicates that it was constructed about 1910. The first documented residents, in 1914, were Lazarus Levkoff, partner with his brother, George, in the Twin Brothers dry goods store at 952 Broad Street, and his wife Sophia. Subsequent owners included Robert L. Moseley, owner of a grist mill on Rutledge Street, and his wife Sallie. [Camden Archives and Museum]
